Construction of a new research building composed of organic elements
Fraunhofer Institute for Cell Therapy and Immunology (IZI), Leipzig







The building marks the beginning of the Alte Messe research campus. The guiding idea of the design is that of an extendable assembly of cells. This idea continues in the layouts of the various levels.
This project was presented in the network series “wieweiterarbeiten – Workspaces of the Future”.
