How can the former barracks site in Münster-Gremmendorf be transformed from an enclosed and sealed-off compound into a lively part of the city district? With their visionary plan (“Perspektivplan York-Kaserne”), the citizenry, administration, politicians, and external specialists have jointly drawn up a sustainable and recognised structural concept as the basis for further planning steps.
