On a newly established site in the city of Coslada, situated near Madrid, the building crystallises from the various functions within: offices, apartments, shops, public spaces at street level and above, and underground parking.
It is a hybrid and peripheral building that offers a double portion of public space. The developer is a state housing association. The goal is to meet the demand for inexpensive housing, especially with 2-room apartments for young people. Therefore, 70% of the 118 apartments are designed as rental units, while the rest is reserved for 3-room condominiums.
