Development of an administration and production building
Eucaro Buntmetall, Bremen
The developer attached importance to a unique architectural language in the midst of what is otherwise often uniform commercial architecture. Due to the tight time and cost constraints, the production hall was built of steel construction and the two-storey administration building was built with timber frames. In 1997, this was the first two-storey office building of wood construction in Bremen.
This project was discussed in the network series “wieweiterarbeiten – Workspaces of the Future”.
